beautiful Southeast Cornwall. The cottage accommodation comprises of:-
Guests also have access to the attractive cottage gardens which are teeming with birds and other wildlife. A variety of seating areas, located at different levels within the garden, offer tranquil vantage points from which to enjoy views of the beautiful wooded valley surrounding the property. Please Note: - This is a non-smoking cottage. Guests are welcome to use the gardens and bar-b-que area at their own risk. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings which include children under 8 years of age or pets. Location. There are direct links to the famous Looe Valley Railway. Sandplace has a small request stop just a few hundred yards from the cottage. The train will take you on a short scenic journey to Looe, following the East Looe River or in the opposite direction to Liskeard, where you will find main-line connections to other destinations. The cottage is situated about 10 minutes south of the A38. There are good bus and road links to local attractions. The Eden Project is a 40 minute drive towards St Austell. The Scylla Reef is 25 minutes away at Whitsand Bay and a shopping trip to Plymouth could begin within 35 minutes.
Local amenities There is a small country house hotel within a two minute walk of the cottage, where you will find a licensed bar, good food and a garden terrace. The charming village of Duloe is nearby with its beautiful ancient church and stone circle. The village boasts a traditional Cornish pub with an enviable reputation for its selection of real ale and excellent menu. Duloe also has a Post Office and a convenience store.
