Booking Terms and Conditions:
(Please read these conditions before signing your booking form.)

Deposits
- Bookings will only be accepted as confirmed on receipt of a completed booking
form and £100 deposit. Upon receipt we will
issue a confirmation of booking letter. Provisional bookings will be held for a
period of 7 days only pending receipt of a deposit.

Final payment
– Once the booking form is received and accepted by us the applicants are
liable for the payment of the balance of the rental cost six weeks before the
arrival date. Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation
and the property will be re let for that period. We do not send out reminders –
the balance due date is indicated on the booking confirmation letter.

Cancellations
– In the event of a cancellation of a holiday that gives less than 28 days
notice, the full rental charge will still be payable.

Method of payment
– Payments can be made by cheque only, made payable to C. Ford.

Authority to sign
– The person who signs the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised
to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included on the
booking form, and that the signatory must be a member of the party intending to
occupy the property and be over 18 years of age. The signatory is responsible
for monies due in respect of the letting period.

Duration and times of lettings
– Lettings are for a maximum of four weeks. These run from Saturday to
Saturday, commencing at 3.00pm on the first day and end at 10.00am on the last
day. The cleaners service clean between these times so it is essential that you
don’t arrive before your check in time and that you leave promptly on the day
that you vacate the cottage. No one has the right to remain in the cottage
beyond the specified date on the booking form.

Holiday Makers obligation –

The holiday - makers agree to pay for any loss or damage to the property and
contents however caused and any breakages or damage to be reported as soon as
possible.

The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the
letting period. Cleaning services are not provided during the letting. If any
specialist cleaning is required after the letting this charge will be passed on
to the holiday - maker.

During the letting period reasonable access may be required by the owner for
emergency maintenance.

Only the persons stated on the booking form may use the cottage. The cottage
has a maximum occupancy of four people. Any additional people other than those
stated on the booking form found to be using the property will render the
booking as void and all will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund
payable.

This is a strictly non-smoking cottage. Smokers may use the gardens but are
asked to pick up and dispose of their cigarette ends carefully. Guests found to
be smoking within the accommodation will be asked to leave for contravening the
safety regulations within the property. No refund will be given.

Chapel cottage and its contents remain the property of its owners and items
must not be removed from the premises. The owners will not accept any liability
for any loss or damage to guests cars whilst parked on the premises.
- Guests may use the gardens at their own risk.
